• You have given 3 hours of practical instruction, which may be flight instruction or MCC instruction in a simulator (FNPT II/III MCC, FTD 2/3 or FFS).
• The instruction was given under the supervision of an instructor holding TRI, SFI or MCCI privileges, appointed by the training organisation for this purpose.
• The training organisation has assessed your competence during the supervised flight instruction.

• A statement from the training organisation confirming that you have provided at least 3 hours of instruction in an FFS, FNPT II/III or BITD. This instruction must form part of a course for a CPL, IR, PPL, class or type rating.
  Or
  An Examiner declaration for the revalidation or renewal of a flight instructor certificate, completed and signed by your examiner.

Please note: if your examiner holds an examiner certificate from an EASA Member State other than the Netherlands, also upload:

• A copy of your examiner’s current valid licence.
• A copy of your examiner’s current valid examiner certificate.

Demonstrating that you have gained sufficient experience in the 12 months before your certificate expires. Which documents you have, depends on your specific situation. Include at least 2 of the following attachments. 

1. Proof of participation in an FI refresher seminar.
2. A copy of your Assessment of Competence (AoC).
3. Copies of your logbook demonstrating that you have provided at least 50 hours of flight instruction during the validity period of your instructor certificate.
   Or
   An Examiner’s declaration for renewal or revalidation of instructor certificate, completed and signed by your examiner.

If you completed your training in an EASA Member State other than the Netherlands, also upload:

• A copy of the training organisation’s Approved Training Organisation Certificate (ATO approval).

• A copy of your examiner’s current valid examiner certificate.

• A copy of your examiner’s current valid examiner certificate.

2. Copy of your Assessment of Competence (AoC).
3. Copies of your logbook demonstrating that you have provided at least 75 hours of flight instruction during the total validity period of your instructor certificate, of which at least 25 hours were given in the 12 months prior to the expiry date of your certificate.
