You have the right to submit a complaint about the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) or an ILT employee if you so wish.
Complaint about the ILT
If you are dissatisfied with the ILT or the conduct of an ILT employee, you can submit a complaint using our complaints form. The ILT will get back to you within 2 weeks.
