MijnILT is the (Dutch language) web portal of the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT). Through MijnILT you can apply for permits and submit notifications. Many application forms are available in English. You can use MijnILT if you are an entrepreneur or organisation listed in the Commercial Register of the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK). 

The advantages of using MijnILT

The portal makes it easier for you to apply for a permit or submit a notification. The main advantages are:

  • Digital permit application and notification.
  • Overview of all submitted applications and notifications. 
  • Faster feedback thanks to automatic processing.
  • No risk of losing data while filling out your application or notification because your progress will be saved automatically.

Access to MijnILT through eHerkenning

To get access to MijnILT, your company or organisation must sign in using eHerkenning, assurance level 2. You can authorise multiple employees to get access.

Interface with company databases in MijnILT

When completing an application or notification form in MijnILT, you must select an organisation one or more times. For your convenience, the ILT has created interfaces with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK) for Dutch businesses and other organisations and with Dun & Bradstreet for foreign ones.
