Examiner declaration for the revalidation or renewal of a flight instructor certificate

Use this form as an authorised examiner to confirm that the candidate has met the requirements for revalidation or renewal of the flight instructor certificate. Only use this declaration if you have written the new expiry date on the candidate's licence. This declaration is required for renewal or reissue of the RFI, FI, CRI, IRI, TRI, MCCI, STI, FTI and MI certificates.
