Power of attorney and authorisation for a registered dealer or broker to act as a notifier on behalf of a producer,
From 1 March 2024, a change came into effect regarding authorisations for EWSR notifications. From then on, not only must the person granting the authorisation sign it, but the authorised representative must also sign. There are 2 types of authorisation available for EWSR notifications, and this change applies to both.
The types of authorisation are for:
- A registered trader or broker.
- Administrative processing of a notification.
