The Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) declares in this letter that tacit consent is granted for the transit of waste shipments across the territory of the Netherlands under the European Waste Shipment Regulation (EWSR). The declaration also specifies when the tacit consent becomes effective and its period of validity.
