If you, as the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of a country other than the Netherlands, need information about the validity of an EASA FCL licence, you can submit a verificatieverzoek (licence verification request) to the Civil Aviation Authority the Netherlands (CAA NL), part of the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT).
Requirements
You can only submit a licence verification request if you are a CAA.
Pilots and anyone acting on their behalf cannot submit a licence verification request. CAA NL only processes requests from other CAAs.
