Road transport
The Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate advocates the safe transport of goods and passengers by road (taxis, buses and trucks) and fair competition within the sector. Infringement of the legislation and regulations carries a fine. Administrative measures can also be implemented.
The Policy Regulation for the imposition of administrative fines under the Working Hours Act and Working Hours (Transport Workers) Decree has been amended.
