You can apply for certificates, recognitions, etc. for seagoing vessels issued by the Netherlands Shipping Inspectorate (NSI), part of the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) using the forms listed below. Some forms are available as downloadable PDFs and others as online application forms.
Due to specific requirements in the Netherlands, contact your classification office for other necessary certificates and initial registration (eerste registratie).
Documents and certificates that are not issued by the ILT are typically issued by ship classification societies or the recognised organisation for ISM, ISPS or MLC. In case of initial registration, please contact the classification society beforehand because of specific Dutch requirements.
