Aeromedical records transfer

You must submit an application to transfer your aeromedical records to or from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) authority where you want to apply for your pilot licence.

For the Netherlands, you do that through the Civil Aviation Authority the Netherlands (CAA NL), part of the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT). Read how to do this below.

Transfer aeromedical records to the Netherlands

Aeromedical records required when transferring licence outside the EU

If you want to transfer your licence issued in the Netherlands to a country outside the European Union (EU) and therefore request your aeromedical records, you can submit a request to your medical examiner or centre or through CAA NL.

Send your request through CAA NL to iltloket.medischluchtvaart@ilent.nl with a copy of a valid identity document. There are costs associated with requesting aeromedical records according to the Regeling tarieven transportsectoren (Transport Sectors (Fees) Regulations, in Dutch).

Transferring your licence to or from the United Kingdom is no longer possible.
