Existing ships

Ships of which the keel was laid before August 20th 2013

In the process of bringing a foreign ship, of which the keel was laid before August 20th 2013, under the Dutch flag, or of reconstruction of the accommodation, an approval for the accommodation must be obtained as prescribed in the Procedure to obtain approval from NSI of the actual accommodation or of the planned accommodation in case of reconstruction.
