Rights of passengers travelling by sea and inland waterways report 2023-2024

This biannual report outlines how the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) enforced the rights of passengers travelling by sea and inland waterways in the Netherlands in 2023 and 2024. Under Regulation (EU) No 1177/2010, authorities in EU Member States must submit their findings on actions taken, complaints received and penalties issued every 2 years.
