We have been gradually tightening up our fuel standard to prevent emissions. But also to protect the car's emission control technology. Catalytic converters and particulate filters cannot deal with high concentrations of sulphur and metals. We have raised our standard, but African countries have yet to do so. We see that the fuel sector is taking advantage of the fact that the standards are less strict there. In the fuels they export to countries outside Europe we expect the sector only to use additives that we consider responsible in European fuel. And in fact, only to produce fuels that are comparable to the fuel we produce in Europe.
