If you hold a Sailplane Pilot Licence (SPL) issued in the Netherlands, you can transfer it to another European Union (EU) Member State, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland. This is called a licence transfer. To request a licence transfer, contact the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of the receiving country.
