Reissuing an aeroplane pilot licence

If your aeroplane pilot licence has expired, has been damaged, lost or stolen, or the back of your licence is full, you can apply for a reissue of your licence. If your pilot licence was issued in the Netherlands, you must apply for a duplicate through the Civil Aviation Authority the Netherlands (CAA NL), part of the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT).
