The Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT) is the competent authority to supervise and sanction violations of slot-misuse at all coordinated airports in the Netherlands.
The ILT is authorised to sanction the following types of slot misuse:
- Violations of the night slot regime on Schiphol Airport.
- Operation of flights without a slot (NOREC).
- Repeatedly and intentionally not operating flights for which a slot was allocated (NOOPS).
- Repeatedly and intentionally not operating flights on times as allocated.
- Repeatedly and intentionally operating flights in a different way as allocated for.
