Conversion flight test rating and flight test instructor certificate

In the Netherlands, no national requirements exist for flight test and flight test instruction. The mentioned activities will be converted into Part FCL ratings in accordance with the elements laid down in a conversion report as specified in Article 4(3)(b) and Article 4(4). This conversion report applies to the flight test rating and flight test instructor certificate.
